1. Shipping Destinations & Eligibility

We ship primarily from Europe.

For deliveries to the EU and UK, we offer free standard shipping with no hidden fees.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., UK) may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and/or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not declare lower values on customs documentation to reduce fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

EU orders: Typically 7–10 business days.

UK orders : We expect 10–12 business days due to customs inspections and processing.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

We process and dispatch orders promptly once placed.

A tracking number will be provided via email so that you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Unexpected Delays

Please note that customs clearance may introduce delays beyond our control.

In rare cases, undelivered or seized packages due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect declarations may be returned or destroyed. Contact us immediately if this happens for assistance.
